Browns re-sign GM Andrew Berry and HC Kevin Stefanski

For the first time since the franchise returned in 1999, the Cleveland Browns have continuity. After two playoff appearances and two 11-win seasons in the first four years, the Browns extended the contracts of general manager Andrew Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski.

Regarding the extension, owners Dee and Jimmy Haslam had this to say:

“We are extremely fortunate to have Kevin Stefanski and Andrew Berry leading the Cleveland Browns… Since the day they were hired, each of them has worked tirelessly to help the Cleveland Browns win. We are proud of what they and the team have accomplished, but Kevin and Andrew will be the first to say Browns fans deserve more. Their leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to overcome obstacles bode well for this. The future of the team.

Stefanski won two NFL Coach of the Year awards during his time with the Browns, and Berry added young talent to the roster such as linebacker Jeremy Owusu-Koramoah, cornerback Linebacker Martin Emerson Jr. and offensive tackle Davander Jones, despite lacking first-round draft picks from the past three years.

Under the leadership of Berry and Stefanski, Cleveland will achieve greater success!
