Amazon’s Kindle Scribe e-ink tablet is the cheapest ever

This premium pen is even designed with an eraser, works essentially the same as a regular pencil, and has programmable buttons. You can use the stylus to mark up PDFs, and transferring these files to the device itself is very simple. But please note that you cannot tag Kindle e-books or DRM-free ePub e-books. Essentially, you’ll be writing “sticky notes” on anything but a PDF.
