You guys, I saw the adidas Gazelle in Legend Ink this weekend and I gasped. (Dramatic, but) They are so pretty. The deep “Legend Ink” looks more gorgeous and fresher than black in my opinion, while the small leather details in “Miracle Beige” add Such A gritty complexity. Two shots…beige, I guess?

I’m totally blown away by how obsessed I am with my love of colors and imagining them with…well, everything I want to wear this summer?I’m into gum soles these days, so That It’s no surprise, but the neutral tones really appealed to me this time around.I think I like them more than they do other I just bought a pair of navy adidas haha. damn it.

To prove it to you (and I’m guessing you haven’t seen them in person yet and are a little in awe yourself), I imagined 7 really pretty outfits that you can pair with these adorable sneakers Perfect. Enter the fun…

By the way, the “Legend Ink/Miracle Beige” colorway sold out quickly. If you missed out and can’t wait for the restock, here are some similar colors:

1. Pair it with fun jeans

I saw these leopard print jeans last week and loved them. This is the style of jeans I own, love and find myself loving all the time. (GAH, they’re sold out…but may be restocked. Similar here.) Paired with a white top (IYKYK), cute accessories, and a really nice pair of sneakers (which also happen to be my most comfortable pair ) worn) = style + comfort Bliss.

notes: If you love leopard print as much as we do, this sneaker color is the perfect complement to the neutral print. The gray and black speckled tones in the print work perfectly with the ink color and gum sole color. This is my favorite combination.

2. Vacation and leisure

I know I’ll be wearing this outfit a lot.Simple, comfortable pants + a breathable tank top that I don’t like must Does it have to be a bra inside? Of course I oblige. All those stripes and blue tones provide such a cute nautical look for summer.

notes: Stripes on stripes on stripes works! I think it works particularly well here since they have different thicknesses/orientations and different colors – but I love printing stacks every day.

Uh-huh. I saw this Farm Rio mini dress and was sold. Instantly. Then I saw the maxi version… and it was for sale again. So both of them have to live like this for you to choose. Because I can’t.

notes: I would wear this outfit without socks (or with a faceless outfit) to make it look as laid-back as possible. I just love the casual yet deliberate feel it brings when paired with simple sneakers + a slightly glam dress + fun accessories. The perfect balance of girly and sporty.

4. A nice suit

When I saw this MOTHER vest + shorts set, I exclaimed again. Isn’t this the cutest little matching moment you’ve ever seen? (Plus a matching long-sleeved shirt top.) When the weather gets cold, throw on a loose crew neck sweater, throw on some sneakers, and you’re ready to go.

5. Go take a dip

Don’t get me wrong, I’m usually a birks/flip-flops wearer when it comes to the ocean or pool. must. but For those days that involve a bit of adventure, a lot of walking, or if you want to look/feel a little more “done,” sneakers can be a great option. Pack your sandals for later!

notes: My favorite thing about low-profile sneakers like Gazelles or Sambas is the way they peek out from full-length loose pieces like wide-leg jeans, maxi skirts, or a flowy maxi like this GORG one.

6. Feeling (Sporty) French

The combination of classic stripes, collared polo shirts and old school striped gazelles makes me happy. This outfit definitely feels sporty…but also French. I think it’s those cute little denim shorts and accessories.I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; sporty France is it.

notes: Don’t wear frilly socks to bed, y’all! They add the cutest little style to my outfits and dress up the look of my sneakers just a little bit when I want them to look trendier. These Bombas are my particular favorite.

7. Chic choices

I love the combination of dark ink with dark army green + lighter tones. I can totally see this working well in the fall – maybe swapping the white pants for khakis or just dark jeans – but for now, wide-leg white pants + these sneakers are all I can think of.

notes: I ink Is the “onyx” color of this Naghedi bag exactly the same as the color of the sneakers? Or just really close, especially with the light bouncing off the nice textures. I would also choose a bag in a taupe or gray tone to pull off those “magic beige” stripes, or any brown/tan bag that matches the gum sole. simple.

This is probably my favorite pair. Let me know what styles to style next!
