Researchers at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) have revealed a technology that could transform wearable and soft robotics.

Creating lightweight soft robots or wearable devices without compromising functionality has long been a challenge. Using heavy materials not only requires more energy to move, but can also cause discomfort, especially in wearable devices or prosthetics.
